TwitterSamsung Releases Mobile Solar Guru in India
Samsung has launched the first solar powered mobile phone in the world named Solar Guru in India. The full, mobile phone, named Samsung E1107 Solar Guru. Samsung claims the battery is fully charged cell phone if it can be recharged by the sun for 40 hours without stopping. If only for an hour rechargeable phone is able to serve the call for 5 to 10 minutes. Meanwhile, the presence of Solar Guru was very surprising.
Therefore, Samsung has previously promised to launch the Samsung Blue Earth that it will be the first solar powered mobile phone in the world. The phone itself was introduced last February. However, Samsung actually produce Solar Guru first. Samsung E1107 has similar specifications to the Samsung E1100 with an additional feature of FM radio.
Other features offered include 1,52 inch CSTN display with 62k colors, dualbandGSM, ringtoneMP3, flashlight, Mobile Tracker, and the 800mAh battery. Samsung E1107 also has a special facility named Mobile Prayer. The facility is in the form of prayer and religious wallpaper which will be tailored to the majority religion in a country where mobile phones were sold.
