Nokia Releases Firmware Update For Nokia X3 and Nokia X6


Nokia has released an update to two models of their touch-screen smartphone that X6 and X3 series. After the previous two phones are fitted with v20.0.005 firmware, the Finnish manufacturer is now presenting firmware v21.0.004.

With the new firmware, Nokia X6 which strengthened the Symbian operating system with the S60 platform to get a lot of repair applications. As for Nokia X3, improved battery charging is located on the notification and a notification tone or tones.

As quoted from GSM Arena, July 13, 2010, improvements made Nokia the X6 is update the browser to version 7.2, an update Ovi Music, Ovi Sync, Ovi Store, and Ovi Contacts, fixes scrolling on Appshell, and add a launcher Rihanna.

In addition, the facility flash video, video telephony, support of Windows 7, Mail for Exchange, stability and speed of access has been improved. Users also can now lock the phone via Swipe UI.

Firmware v21.0.004 is now available through the Ovi services, the Nokia Software Update, and also updates via over the air. Unfortunately, this latest firmware is not yet available for the entire region.
