Finnish mobile phone manufacturer, Nokia, yesterday officially launched the latest smartphone Nokia N8. The phone features 3.5-inch touch screen area that runs with the latest operating system Symbian ^ 3.
"Nokia N8 is an important milestone as the first device that brings the latest operating system Symbian ^ 3," said Country Manager Nokia Indonesia, Bob McDougall in his speech when launching the Nokia N8 at the Hotel Four Seasons.
Besides using the latest platforms, according to McDougall, the Nokia N8 also was asked to become the highest-resolution camera phones with the 12 MP and Carl Zeiss lens, Xenon flash and a large sensor that can be equated with a digital camera. "The device also offers the ability to create video-quality High Definition (HD)," said McDougall.
For the Indonesian market, the phone was first released in the United States on April 27, will be available from early November.
