TwitterApple Plans Prepare Ipad CDMA Version
After officially released the iPhone version of CDMA Smartphone, the largest telecommunications operator in the U.S., Verizon Wireless plans to develop iPad directly with similar technology network.
Launched by Cellular News, Thursday (1/13/2011), my Verizon added the Apple product line in the list of products that will digelontorkannya this year, after iPhone and iPad.
This was stated by Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Verizon Communications, Francis Shammo told Bloomberg. Unfortunately, Shammo not provide detailed information regarding when the plan would be realized.
Previously, it has distributed iPad Verizon's device can only be connected to Verizon's network through the Mi-Fi devices that convert the CDMA network to a local wifi hotspot.
Verizon itself had already distributed iPad equipped with wifi. IPAD is sold in a bundle with Verizon MiFi 2200 Intelligent Mobile HotSpot.
This is apparently Apple has long been anticipated. Apple previously developed a WCDMA-based devices, and then proceed with the CDMA version. Even the new iPad, called the iPad 2 is expected to be launched a few months ahead.
