ZTE officially launched its first tablet computers, ZTE Light. Thus, the telecommunications equipment maker in China's number two official is also entering the tablet PC market.
The Chinese company has become the latest companies who participated were involved in tablet manufacturing arena, joining other new players such as Nokia, LG Electronics, Dell, Lenovo and Hewlett-Packard.
Although the price of the instruments have not been revealed, but analysts had dared to judge, the entry of ZTE in the tablet market will mark the era of tablet PCs economical price. Previously, the PC tablet is still considered expensive by some as the emergence of the Apple iPad.
Tablet device has also been equipped with Android OS 2.1 along with WiFi and 3G connectivity, not least with Apple iPad tablet.
The tablet also claimed to have the light weight of 403g, support voice calls over dual-band UMTS 2100 MHZ MHZ/900, built-in GPS, a customizable interface, SD card slot, 512MB RAM, 512MB ROM, and battery life up to 10 hours.
A little reveals that ZTE representatives newest product is already attracting some of the country to order it. But they declined to say which countries in question.
