Samsung Releases 4G Mobile LTE First In The World

This time Samsung launches Samsung Craft which is claimed as the world's first commercial handsets that support the 4G technology Long Term Evolution (LTE). Samsung Craft released in the United States by local telecom operators, MetroPCS. MetroPCS already build the LTE network in Uncle Sam's country that will be enjoyed by users Samsung Craft.

As quoted detikINET from Ars Technica , physical shape Samsung Craft looks similar to Samsung Epic 4G released WiMax operator Sprint and support. The most obvious, is Samsung's Craft has a sliding-style qwerty keyboard.

But if the open Android OS-based Epic, Samsung Craft uses a proprietary OS made by Samsung with TouchWizz interface. This is quite unfortunate because as such, Samsung Craft did not have an open OS.

Using a 3.3-inch AMOLED screen, this phone has pretty feature complete. Examples 3.2 megapixel camera, Wi-Fi, MicroSD slot and Bluetooth.

MetroPCS's LTE networks still operate apparently limited that offers new Samsung Craft conducted in the city of Las Vegas. MetroPCS promising LTE will soon be operated in any other city in late 2010.
