HTC Ready to Launch Android Device 4G


HTC Evo Shift 4G seemingly appeared at Walmart with some photos that look official, as well as a detailed list of specifications that are used. Sprint expects to launch this smartphone at CES 2011 which will take place shortly.

According to the Walmart site, Evo Shift 4G run on Android 2.2 Froyo, not with Gingerbread (although many have hoped). In addition, this smartphone comes with 8MP camera on the back.

Here are the specifications of the HTC Evo Shift 4G which was confirmed by Walmart:

The handset will go on sale starting Sunday, January 9 for $ 149.99 with a new contract agreement for 2 years. In addition, there will be two other devices that may be introduced at CES that Verizon HTC Thunderbolt and tablets Scribe.
